Preferred Languages: Arabic, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Lingala, Portuguese, Somali

Requirements:

  • Must be located in Maine
  • Scheduling flexibility and availability for in-person assignments
  • Full proficiency in English and other language(s)
  • Interpreter training and previous experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret conversations for a wide range of industries and clients, including hospitals, courts, social service agencies, schools, immigration offices, and businesses

Translators

Contractor, Remote

Preferred Languages: Lingala, Kinyarwanda, Somali, Arabic, Pashto

Requirements:

  • Full proficiency in English and other language(s)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Linguistic degree or relevant experience in translation
  • ATA certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of CAT tools is a plus
  • Adherence to project guidelines and deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Document translation and localization for a wide range of subject matters, including medical, legal, marketing & communication, and education
